All Sales Final — Research Compounds

Due to the nature of research-grade peptides and biochemical compounds, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns of opened or used compounds under any circumstances.

Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or if you received an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error on our part, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

How to Report an Issue

  1. Contact our support team via the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of any damage.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for partial order issues.
